No, we haven't fallen off the Internet, yet...
The McCain's just haven't had a lot to squawk about, lately. We're all doing fine, and are eagerly awaiting Spring. We're sick of this cold weather! Additionally, the Kansas City area is being throttled by several viruses (Flu and various stomach bugs).
Though the girls have been delighted with the fairly constant snowfall (and are expecting more tonight), Courtney can't wait for Spring so she can get her garden going, and so everyone else in the area can go outside and get some fresh air.
In the meantime. . .
The first weekend of every month, Home Depot has a free program for kids that Megan and Mary have both enjoyed since before we moved from Texas in 2006. Each participating child gets a "U-Build-It" kit, and the McCains have built many things, from castles to jewelry boxes. One week before SuperBowl Sunday, it was football-shaped stools. Here a few photos of Megan and Mary building their stools:
